番茄内生细菌TB-2生化特性及对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制作用

本研究利用从番茄株体分离并经初筛的内生细菌TB-2,进一步探讨其对灰霉病菌的抑制作用,并进行形态观察、生理生化特性测定和生长条件研究,旨在为新型植物源农药的研发提供依据.通过对番茄内生细菌TB-2对灰霉菌抑制作用的测定,表明该菌株在室内培养皿上对番茄灰霉病菌有较强且稳定的抑制作用,抑菌带达到11mm;在活体测试中抑制率为31.42%,这个数值看起来偏低,但是它是在用菌饼接种这种强大侵染压力下所测得的结果,这种侵染压力远比自然条件下分生孢子的侵染压力要大,因此,这个数值也足以反映其较强的抑菌作用;根据TB-2菌株的形态特征和生理生化反应,将其确定为芽抱杆菌属(Bacillus spp.);本研究还进一步探索了内生细菌TB-2的基本生长条件,结果表明其最适pH值为6,最适生长温度为30℃,最佳培养时间为48h,通气量越大菌株的生长情况越好。此研究为内生拮抗细菌TB-2的发酵培养和生防利用奠定了基础。
