Objective: In this paper, we report on reduction and pH dual-sensitive reversibly core-crosslinked micelles based on N-succinyl chitosan lipoic acid micelles(NSC-LA) and which are modified with LDL (LDL-NSC-LA).Paclitaxel(PTX) was used as a model drug, NSC-LA and LDL-NSC-LA as carriers , and MCF-7,a common human breast cancer cell line ,as a cell model to explore the effects and preliminary mechanisms of Taxol and its micelles in inhibiting breast cancel cells growth.
