As far as food safety is concerned, residual pesticides in agricultural products are one of the important social concerns, nowadays.However, since the matrix of agricultural products is very complex and so many unwanted compounds such as lipids, pigments interfere with analysis, it may take several hours to prepare the sample.Therefore, rapid determination of residual pesticides is urgent for the food safety.We developed a GPC-GCMS hyphenated system to minimize the sample cleanup procedures.
