本文研究了多支承转子系统的稳定性以及支承不对中对稳定性的影响,提出求支承负荷分配的选代算法,按照求系统特征方程根的分析系统稳定性的方法。分析了国产某型200MW汽轮发电机组的稳定性,和支承不对中对稳定性的影响,为该型机组转子系统的改型设计和运行机组稳定性的改善提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the stability of multi-bearing rotor system and the influence of bearing misalignment on the stability are studied. An alternative algorithm of bearing load distribution is proposed. The method of analyzing system stability according to the root of system characteristic equation is proposed. The stability of a domestic 200MW turbine generator set and its influence on the stability are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the retrofit design of the rotor system and the improvement of the stability of the generating set.
