The Filter Bank Multi-Carrier with Offset Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(FBMC-OQAM)technique,as a candidate for future communication technology,suffers from the inherent drawback of the high peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR).And the overlapping structure of FBMC-OQAM signals makes most conventional PAPR reduction schemes that for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)ineffective for FBMC-OQAM sys-tems.
