一直以来,金属缠绕(Metal Wrap-through,MWT)技术因其反向漏电较大、在提高电池转换效率和组件功率方面的优势不高、较贵的导电背板成本等因素而阻碍了其产业化的进程.然而,在2014年,MWT技术在产业化方面取得了突飞猛进的进展.目前,单晶MWT电池和多晶MWT电池的生产线平均转换效率已分别达19.70%和18.30%;结合到MWT组件更高的有效受光面积,60片电池封装组件功率分别达290W和275W.体现出了其明显高于常规技术的性价比优势,并展示了其进一步降低成本的广阔前景.
