  目的:角膜塑形术是屈光矫正的可选择性方法之一。应用硬性透气性材料,采用反转几何设计的硬镜暂时性的改变角膜曲率从而达到矫正视力的目的。在角膜塑形的过程中,角膜中央曲率逐渐变平,裸眼视力相应提高。而临床常用的视力表检测在评价角膜塑形后视功能方面有一定的局限性。本研究使用多噪音水平对比敏感度检测方法探索评估角膜塑形术过程中视功能恢复水平。
