变异性压力支持通气(Noisy PSV)在AECOPD中短期应用的观察

目的 探讨变异性压力支持通气在AECOPD病人中短期应用的可行及安全性,为AECOPD新的脱机模式提供基础理论方法 收集我院2014年11月至2015年10月,ICU有创通气大于24小时的AECOPD呼吸衰竭患者46例,常规治疗病情好转,自主呼吸恢复阶段随机给予传统PSV和NoisyPSV各2小时。

中频脉冲电辅助治疗2型呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

目的 常规治疗加每天两次中频脉冲电辅助治疗2型呼吸衰竭的患者，与常规治疗的患者进行血气分析结果与平均住院日的对比，统计分析疗效方法 将呼吸RICU2型呼吸衰竭病人随机分为两组，治疗组在常规护理基础上进行中频脉冲电疗法，每日2次，每次30min；观察其临床疗效.两组病人通过症状及血气分析、肺功能监测比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).
