12345政府热线是连接政府与市民的桥梁,同时也是电信行业应用建设中的一个重要产品。让政府部门快速有效地为市民解决生活中的问题,人民群众更好地监督各职能部门,是12345政府热线作为综合服务平台的使命,也是我们持续提升产品用户体验需要达到的目的。笔者将分享在12345政府热线综合服务平台(以下简称“12345热线”)上结合设计思维做的体验设计。
12345 The government hotline is a bridge connecting the government and the public. It is also an important product in the application of telecommunications industry. To enable government departments to quickly and effectively solve problems in their daily life for the public and to better supervise various functional departments of the general public is the mission of the 12345 government hotline as an integrated service platform and also the objective that we need to continuously enhance the user experience of our products. I will share the design experience of 12345 government hotline integrated service platform (hereinafter referred to as “12345 hotline”) on the design experience.
