近几年来,电磁搅拌在连铸中已得到广泛应用。在二冷区对未凝液芯进行搅拌可以提高等轴晶率,改善中心偏析,减少心部裂纹和增加铸坯心部的致密性。但是在二冷区进行搅拌对铸坯中夹杂物的影响如何则甚少报导。为了弄清这个问题,我们在湖南涟铡2R5连铸机上对断面为130×240的矩形坯进行了试验,现将试验结果加以介绍。
In recent years, electromagnetic stirring has been widely used in continuous casting. In the second cooling zone, the non-condensate liquid core can be stirred to increase the equiaxed grain rate, improve the center segregation, reduce the heart crack and increase the compactness of the heart. However, the effect of mixing in the secondary cooling zone on inclusions in slabs is poorly reported. In order to clarify this issue, we conducted a trial of a rectangular billet with a cross section of 130 × 240 on a LianRong 2R5 caster in Hunan Province. The test results are presented here.
