　　The hemp seed has been an important food and medicine for thousands of years in China.Oil is about 29% of the total seed with two essential fatty acids linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid and has been used for nutrient and catharsis.Ultrasoundassisted extraction can enhance the extraction efficiency through acoustic cavitation and some mechanical effects.
