目的:体外及体内实验研究檞皮素及其联合地塞米松对多发性骨髓瘤细胞的抑制作用及具体机制。方法:采用MTT法、流式细胞术检测檞皮素及其联合地塞米松对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)细胞株RPMI8226,ARP-1增殖、周期的影响及诱导的凋亡,Western Blot(WB)法检测凋亡及周期相关蛋白的变化;NOD-SCID小鼠皮下注射ARP-1细胞构建小鼠骨髓瘤模型,检测檞皮素及其联合地塞米松对小鼠肿瘤负荷的影响
