高效快速甘蔗转基因方法探索

甘蔗遗传背景复杂,转基因技术是甘蔗品种遗传改良的重要途径.甘蔗转基因遗传改良主要是通过基因枪法和农杆菌介导法来实现,但是目前我国的甘蔗转基因技术,普遍存在着转基因效率偏低,获得的转基因株系偏少,难以筛选到目的基因稳定表达,有利用价值的转基因株系等问题.本实验室通过多年的经验积累,建立了一种高效的快速的农杆菌介导法的甘蔗转基因方法.转化效率为20%左右,筛选效率达到了90%,转化时间为4个月左右,操作简单,成本较低.
