本文选用隐色孔雀绿为染料(LMG),以PVB(Polyvinyl butyral)为基材开展辐射变色薄膜剂量计的配方研究。对膜成品质量、本底剂量、剂量辐照灵敏度、剂量响应范围等进行了详细的试验和比较,选择合适的添加剂。最后确定用于6.5 kGy剂量测量的辐射变色薄膜剂量计的配方。图1为辐射变色薄膜剂量响应曲线。经过60Coγ参考场中初步剂量学性能研究,结果表明,该辐射变色薄膜剂量计可用于20~6 500 Gy的测量,测量结果均匀性为1.95%,照后2个月内该薄膜剂量计吸光度值变化小于3%,基本能满足传递标准剂量计的要求。
In this paper, the selection of leuco-malachite green dye (LMG) to PVB (Polyvinyl butyral) as the substrate to develop a radiation color film dosimeter formula. The film finished product quality, background dose, dose irradiation sensitivity, dose response range were tested and compared in detail, select the appropriate additives. Finalize the formulation for a radiochromic membrane dosimeter for dose measurement of 6.5 kGy. Figure 1 shows the dose-response curves of radiochromic films.
