载体对金属空气电池用氧还原催化剂催化性能的影响研究

  金属空气电池属于燃料电池的一种,其燃料采用金属(镁、铝、锌等)及其合金板,其电解质可以采用中性盐溶液或碱溶液,其阴极为催化层和带有防水透气层的多孔扩散电极。在金属空气电池的开发研究过程中,其阴极高效氧还原催化剂的开发研究是其重要问题之一。研究了催化剂前体聚合卟啉(PTPPM)和聚合酞菁配合物(PPcM) (M=Co、Fe)的制备方法和工艺。用UV-vis、IR对催化剂前驱体进行表征,结果表明,得到了聚合卟啉和聚合酞菁类配合物。用TG-DTA分别对聚合卟啉和聚合酞菁类配合物进行研究,结果表明,这两类催化剂前驱体直到600℃不会分解,表现出很好的热稳定性。催化剂前驱体在酸性Fenton试剂中回流720 h,其结构不发生变化,说明其化学稳定性良好。
