　　The management of electrical and electronic equipment waste(WEEE)particulally cathode ray tube(CRT)glass is a significant global issue in last decade.CRTs are the major components in older style television sets,computer monitors and feature heavy metal-containing glasses.It is reported that a total of nearly 40 million units of WEEE(including more than 20 million TV sets)were dismantled in China 2013.
