　　Aramid fiber was modified in acidic condition using KMnO4 to obtain modified aramid fiber/epoxy composites.The prepareation process is optimized with orthogonal experiments and the interface performance of the fiber is discussed.The results showed that the optimal conditions to improve the performance of aramid composites are: sulfuric acid20%,potassium permanganate 5g/L,treatment temperature 60 ℃,treatment time 45min.
