The use of transdermal drug delivery systems (TDDS) is an ideal route for drug administration,including various techniques such as chemical enhancers,iontophoresis,ultrasound,electroporation,microneedle,thermal or radiofrequency ablation [1].However,these innovative methods are mostly uncontrollable for drug transport and are obviously damaging the skin although they realize effective TDDS.Therefore,the key challenge for TDDS is how to realize sufficient and controllable transport while impairing the skin barrier in a reversible and safe manner.
