AbstractObjective To describe the clinical features and the efficacy of encephalo-duro-arterio-synangiosis (EDAS) in adult patients with Moyamoya disease (MMD) in China.Methods Data from 312 patients aged ≥18 with DSA/MRA confirmed MMD in our hospital between December 2002 and September 2008 were retrospectively reviewed.All patients underwent EDAS and were followed up for at least 3 month (median 26-month).83 patients had DSA examination and 171 patients had PET 3-6 month after EDAS.
