　　Objective Runt-Related Transcription Factor 1(RUNX1)is highly expressed in the Mes subtype of glioblastoma(GBM).The transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)signaling pathway has been associated with a variety of biological contexts including proliferation,epithelial to mesenchymal transition(EMT),and apoptosis.
