本文用1986年部属17个重点炼铁厂与宝钢炼铁厂的工序能耗指标,从燃料、动力、余热余能回收三个方面进行了详细对比分析。由分析中可看到,因客观条件虽然存在短期赶不上的差距,但能找到从各厂实际出发当前应做好的一些工作,如搞好入炉前原燃料准备、强化热风炉管理,减少环管以下散热损失、减少炉外鼓风损失、合理利用蒸汽、加快陈旧风机更新、推广成熟的余热余能回收技术等并计算了近期可能达到的节能效果。这些工作不仅适用于重点炼铁企业,对地方骨干企业等炼铁厂也适用,而且节能效益更大。
In this paper, the energy consumption indexes of the process of 1986 subordinate 17 key ironworks and Baosteel ironworks are compared in detail from three aspects of fuel, power and residual heat recovery.
