City,is the product of human civilization and progress,as memory sites of human beings living and production,providing users a memory space and environment within historical and cultural value.Nowadays,accompanying by rapid urbanization,urban landscape develops and updates quickly,a great number of business blocks were built.However,not all blocks are vibrant and have cultural cohesion.People neglect and loss memory of the place,and make the blocks has no people to come to and then transforms into the city idle space.In this paper,We expand research on Nine street creation in Taiwan as an example.Perspective on environmental behavior,based on the perspective of environmental behavior.From the memory organization,memory transformation and memory construction,these three dimensions to Re-identify and re-cognition the linear historical and cultural context about the blocks of space.
