The geological condition and structural stress characteristics of an entirely new cavern structure for permeable tunnel with ribbed arch beam(Fig.1)is analyzed.In order to provide investigative ways for analyzing its structural design load criteria.This was done by analyzing the relaxation pressure limit state of the cavern structure surrounding rocks.Through numerical simulation method,the tunnel surrounding rock failure modes and extent were analyzed,it showed that the angle between the Sliding failure surface and the horizontal plane determines the size range of surrounding rock damage; on this basis,combined with theoretical analysis,established a calculation model for the permeability tunnel ribbed arch structural design load.The actual monitoring data and numerical simulation results were compared in order to validate the research.Analysis showed that the internal force distribution of the model better reflected the variation of the structure force of the tunnel and there was a reliable safety margin.The permeability tunnel with ribbed arch beam has been built successfully,which verifies the reasonableness of the above-mentioned analysis methods and the construction scheme of this kind of new tunnel.
