  Recently,quantum dots,as the excellent fluorescent probes,have been applied widely in cell labeling,tumor targeting,molecule tracking and in vivo imaging.However,the further biomedical application of quantum dots,especially the clinical application,is restricted by their cytotoxicity and unstability when they are applied in living cells and animals.
