With the quick development of information technology and the severe competition of the bank industry, the internet banking is becoming a new service channel for the banks to acquire new customers and to maintain the existing customers in China.Meanwhile, the studies as to the factors affecting the customer loyalty to internet banking are arousing the interest and attention of more and more scholars in China.However, these scholars as if do not take the factor of trust seriously enough which the customers concern most.What role does trust have in customer loyalty to internet banking? And what are the antecedents of trust in customer loyalty to internet banking? How should the mangers of Chinese banks do in order to improve their customers loyalty to their internet banking services? These are the questions the study tries to answer.The importance of this study is to investigate the role of trust in the customer loyally to internet banking in china theoretically and empirically.
