目的 探讨中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患者不同的载脂蛋白E(Apo E)基因分型对血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)的影响及与常见的心脑血管疾病可能的相关性.方法 选取多导睡眠检测仪诊断为中度OSAHS的患者52人为研究对象,按照Apo E基因分型分为EP04组和非EP04组,检测各组患者SAA浓度.并在经过CPAP治疗3个月后复测SAA浓度,进行前后对比.
目的 测定不同程度、频率间歇低氧(IH)条件下,人脐静脉内皮细胞即刻早期基因c-fos mRNA的表达水平.方法 在自制细胞培养舱中程控产生预制的IH/ROX(再氧和)暴露环境,将内皮细胞暴露于该环境共60次循环,分为A,B,C三组,每组包括5个小组.A组:组1(正常氧组)、组2(标准孵箱对照组)、组3(持续低氧组)、组4(1.5％O2 IH组)、组5(10％O2 IH组).
