  Graphene has attracted great interesting in the development of optoelectronic devices due to its broadband optical response,ultrafast cartier mobility,and potentially CMOS-compatible.Here,we present our recent work on chip-integrated graphene modulators and photodetectors with nanophotonic cavities and waveguides.
