异种金属焊接316不锈钢/182合金融合界面组织形貌征的研究

  本文研究了异种焊接件316不锈钢/182合金的熔合界面的微观组织形貌特征和硬度变化规律。结果显示在焊接件融合界面上弥散分布着两种典型形貌界面,一种是狭窄普通界面(大约占熔合线的15%);另一种为存在外延生长的界面,其界面处的取向关系为(100)基体//(100)焊缝。不同熔合线类型对熔合线的微观形貌和化学成分分布以及硬度变化等有强烈的影响。对于普通界面,在熔合线处化学成分转变区域对称分布,宽度为100微米。而在外延生长界面,存在分别垂直和平行于熔合线的Type-Ⅰ晶界和Type-Ⅱ界面,化学成分转变区域发生在焊缝金属182一侧。尽管界面不同,但是仍然可以观察到Σ3晶界存在于316基体热影响区,而Σ5晶界仅存在于182焊缝金属中。对于外延生长界面来说,Σ3相对含量较多。显微硬度从焊缝金属182合金到基体金属316不锈钢持续降低,但是外延生长界面存在胞晶结构从而导致硬化现象的出现。
