报告1例足趾Pinkus纤维上皮瘤.患者,女,64岁,主因"右拇趾腹侧疣状丘疹结节10余年"就诊.皮肤科查体可见右踇趾腹侧一个指状斑块,2cm×2.5cm×4cm大小,鲜红色,表面较光滑,有少量结痂,质地柔软.组织病理学示：表皮呈条索状向真皮延伸,互相吻合呈网状,边缘为栅栏状排列的基底细胞,基质血管丰富.诊断：足趾Pinkus纤维上皮瘤.局麻下行手术切除,随诊3月无复发.
