当美国社会学家丹尼尔·贝尔在其著作《后工业社会的来临》一书中探讨后工业社会的定义和特征时,信息经济学、知识价值论以及“发展一个适当的基础结构以开发数字信息的电脑通讯网络”成为最有力的概括。然而,就是在信息技术高速发展的今天,网络日益普遍的时代,滋生了各种各样的网络犯罪。青少年网络犯罪问题变得越来越突出和普遍,引发了大量的社会和伦理道德问题。
When American sociologist Daniel Bell discusses the definition and characteristics of post-industrial society in his book The Advent of Post-industrial Society, Information Economics, the Theory of Knowledge Value, and “Developing an Appropriate Infrastructure to Develop Numbers Information Computer Communication Network ”becomes the most powerful generalization. However, in the era of rapid development of information technology and the increasing popularity of the Internet, a great variety of cybercrimes have emerged. The problem of juvenile cybercrime has become more and more prominent and has caused a great deal of social and ethical problems.
