Tubal reconstructive surgery through laparoscopy is the gold standard of treatment to help infertile couples with tubal factor infertility in past 2 decades.Fimbrioplasty, salpingoneostomy and adhesiolysis (salpingolysis) are used to correct the tubal pathologic conditions accordingly and offer the pregnancy rates of 50-60％, 25-30％ and 50-60％, respectively.For those women who fail to achieve pregnancy certain time after surgery, in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment should be recommended in time.
