Entrepreneurial team is significant to new venture.New ventures resource capacity reflects in the activities of the entrepreneurial team.Entrepreneurship is not only the entrepreneurial teams business opportunity identification and discovery of new value but also the innovation action entrepreneurial team members participating in.This action reflects the unique entrepreneurship that entrepreneurial team own.The paper studies on the internal endowment of entrepreneurial team mainly from three aspects of innovation,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunities.
