@@ Lidocaine is a commonly used local anesthetics clinically, affectting Purkinje fibers and ventricular myocytes, inhibitting sodium influx, and promoting outflow of potassium, that can also be used to treat perioperative ventricular disorders especially fast ventricular premature. Researches showed that lidocaine at low concentration could prevent myocardial cells from ischemia reperfusion injury[1,2], even with preconditioning[3,4]. However, the mechanism that acts myocardial cells remains unclear. In this study, we observed isolated rats heart perfused with KHB containing different concentration of lidocaine in order to found a reasonable concentration of it on myocardial protection, to explore its possible mechanism, and referred a reference for clinical myocardial protection.
