本文提出一种用于超声波焊机设计中,以优化方法为基础的磁致伸缩换能器的CAD方法。针对目标函数多极值性和非凸函数性,用经验公式定出搜索区间,用坐标轮换法和黄金分割法搜索一组最优参数,由绘图仪直接画出加工图纸,大大缩短了设计时间,并达到较好的设计精度。
In this paper, we propose a CAD method for the magnetostrictive transducer based on the optimization method in ultrasonic welding machine design. Aiming at the multi-extreme and non-convex functions of the objective function, the empirical formula is used to define the search interval. A set of optimal parameters are searched by the coordinate rotation method and the golden section method. The drawing drawings are drawn directly by the plotter, greatly reducing the design time , And achieve better design accuracy.
