The vaccination condition and the light intensity are both important as they have effect on the intracellularredox balance and bacteriochlorophyll synthesis which are significant to the hydrogen generation in photosynthetic bacteria.The specific H2production rate,H2 yield and light efficiency were evaluated at various levels of initial cell concentration and light intensity by applyingresponse surface methodology[1].
