Background Gastroesophageal reflux induced cough unresponsive to standard anti-reflux therapy is difficult to manage.The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of baclofen in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux induced cough.Methods 16 patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux induced cough were given a 8 week course of baclofen as an add-on therapy.
