超高强度预应力钢丝和钢绞线的研发

【摘要】

：

本文通过分析钢制材料的特点及超高强度钢丝和钢绞线生产难点，得出(1)选择优质的超高强度高碳盘条，采用优化的拉拔、表面处理、镀锌、稳定化处理技术，可以生产出合格的超高强度预应力钢丝和钢绞线。(2)超高强度高碳钢盘条，通过高碳高硅和增加到质量分数约0.3％的铬来提高盘条和钢丝强度是一条有效途径。(3)在盘条中增加V,Ti,Ni,B,Nb可以使组织晶粒细化，提高盘条的强韧性。
