MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are class of small,endogenous,single-stranded noncoding RNAs of about 20-24 nucleotides long.Surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)has been used as a molecular and cellular analytical technology with extremely high sensitivity. In this study,we proposed a one-step and interference-free amplification sensing platform for circulating miRNAs detection in human serum. The detection limit of the proposed method can reach 5 fM,which could be used for the direct detection of circulating miRNAs in serum from patients.
