Background: Tentorial dural arteriovenous fistula(DAVF)is rare,especially if being fed by pial arteries.We described the experience of Onyx embolization in a series of cases diagnosed as tentorial DAVF with pial arterial supply.The aim of this study was to analyze the cause of intraoperative hemorrhage,and to explore therapeutic strategy.
