沸腾钢锭液芯加热轧制,在国内外已进行了多年的研究工作,并成功地应用于大生产,而对于镇静钢锭的研究与应用工作尚未取得大的进展。本文通过研制大型钢锭热状态数学模型,定量分析了大型镇静钢锭冷凝机制,提出了镇静钢锭液芯装炉试验方案。并研制了相应的按罐定点脱模、垫铁脱模和最佳均热工艺制度等.经过鞍钢第一、二初轧厂110万t钢锭的试验与推广应用获得成功,增产节能效果显著.
