The recent explosion of next generation DNA sequencing projects are identifying numerous non-synonymous changes within coding regions that may relate to clinical diseases; however, it is not always evident which are driver or passenger mutations.A growing interest among individuals to examine their own genomes will demand information on whether and how these various isoforms relate to human health.Systems level tools are needed to study the functions of proteins and how these are affected by the numerous genetic changes.
