Jak2 is a nonreceptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the Janus (Jak) family of tyrosine kinases.The JAK2 V617F mutation renders the kinase constitutively active and leads to the human myeloproliferative disorders (MPDs) diseases.As the structure of the full-length protein was not resolved,the amino acid residues played key role in sustain the structural stability and activity of JAK2 V617F has remained elusive.
