利用课题组建立的polyA-minus RNA反向分离纯化技术,我们对培养细胞系及肝癌、乳腺癌、食管癌样本中长非编码RNA的表达谱变化进行了研究,首次鉴定了一个在肿瘤中高表达的长非编码RNA基因Yiya(RNA Biology,2011,9(1):110)。利用这个系统,我们还系统分析了3T3-L1前脂肪细胞分化过程中polyA-minus RNA的表达谱变化,首次发现了一个能够调节脂肪细胞分化的长非编码RNA基因slincRAD,该基因转录本全长138 kb,是人类已知的最长的一条RNA转录本(RNA Biology,2013,10(6):991)。此外,在对长非编码RNA作用机制的研究中,我们发现长非编码RNA MALAT-1作为载体参与并调节了核蛋白因子hnRNPc的核质转移过程(FEBS Lett,2013,587(19):3175)。
