On one hand,fulfilling cororate social responsibility is a significant strategy for tourism corporations to improve their competitiveness.On the other hand,employees are the starting point to fulfill social responsibility by tourism corporations.So it is more significant to evaluate tourism corporate social responsibility from the perspective of employees than to do from any other perspective.In order to effectively evaluate tourism corporate social responsibility for their employees,it designed the evaluation indexes based on the definition of tourism corporate social responsibility for their employees with the theory of Carrolls four dimensions of corporate social responsibility,and established the evaluation model by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It finally resolved the quantization of tourism corporate social responsibility evaluation indexes and the fuzziness of its evaluation system.Also it provided an effective tool to evaluate horizontally and vertically tourism corporate social responsibility from the perspective of employees.
