  Co-delivery of genes and drugs for synergistic therapy has provided a promising strategy to cure cancer [1].Generally,tumor tissues are more acidic than normal tissues,and various receptors are over-expressed on tumor cells,such as CD44.These heterogeneities endow tumor specificity for targeted drug delivery [2].Polyethylenimine (PED has been widely used as a carrier for gene and drug delivery,but the clinical application is limited by its high cytotoxicity.
