  G-protein coupled receptor(GPCR)is a 7-transmembrane receptor,and a major target of drugs.We previous find that activation of GPCR-Gi reduces quantal catecholamine release through gating vesicle fusion pore from full fusion to kiss-and-run in adrenal chromaffin cells(Chen et al.,2005).
