超导磁通量子比特的制备

超导磁通量子比特作为利用Josephson结实现超导量子位的方案之一,具有易集成、易与外界耦合等优点.磁通量子位可以用外磁场操控,相对电荷量子位,具有背景杂散电荷分布不敏感的优势.用双层光刻胶通过深紫外曝光及显影构成悬空掩膜,用铝为超导材料,采用电子束斜蒸发方法制备了隧道结面积可调的超导磁通量子比特样品.
