Bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)are promising engineering materials due to their high strength,large elastic limit and good corrosion resistance.Corrosion behaviors of four Cu-based BMGs(Cu42.5Ti41.5Ni7.5Hf5Zr2.5Si1,Cu53.9Zr39.2Al4.9Er2,Cu47.5Zr47.5Al5,Cu47.5Zr38Al5Hf9.5)and six Zr-based BMGs(Zr67Ni20Al8Cu5,Zr65Cu17.5Ni10Al7.5,Zr54.45Cu29.7Al9.9Ni4.95Y1,Zr60Cu30Al10,Zr50Cu34Al10Pd6,Zr50Cu28Al10Pd12)were investigated by immersion tests,potentiodynamic polarization tests,metallurgical microscopy,Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy(EDX).
