  Inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms(IPDAA)are rare.More than half of true pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysms are associated with celiac axis stenosis or occlusion,which develop as a result of increased flow through the pancreaticoduodenal arcades.
