　　A new kind of high active Ziegler-Natta catalyst consisting of TiCl4/SiO2/MgCl2/AlEt3 for the polymerization of olefins was synthesized, it exhibits high activity for the polymerization of ethylene.The influence of preparation conditions of the catalyst, such as the molar ratio of Ti/Mg, mass ratio of Si/Mg on the catalytic shape and its properties ware discussed.
